Vegan biohacking doesn’t have to be difficult. These are some simple, healthy snacks made from whole foods. All grain free.

  • Mixed Nuts – (no peanuts) salted or not.
  • Veggies and Hummus or Guacamole
  • Walnuts (I know more nuts, but these deserve a category of their own)
  • Dried Chickpeas – seasoned
  • Fresh (or frozen) Berries (strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, marionberry) – Frozen red grapes are also delicious
  • Chia Seed “Pudding” – Chia seeds soaked in non-dairy milk overnight
  • Spinach Smoothie – vegan protein powder, water, ice, spinach & non-dairy milk
  • Olives (green or black)
  • Dried Coconut
  • Dates (pitted) – room temp or frozen
